We realize that sometimes a staffing company’s policies and financial expectations can interfere with the desire to work together to meet both the facility and travelers needs. We at R Visions step out of the way and allow both the facility and traveler to call the shots. 

Your Facility and Our Traveling Professional Together:

Set the regular hours – Most of our travelers are sensitive to facility needs and will gladly take their turn if the census is low. We do not bill for a guaranteed minimum if the traveler is in agreement and will work with the facility.

Set the overtime hours – They want a 60 hour guarantee and you need the help. You got it. You want 48 hours a week for someone at regular time, we have them.
